St. Carolus Hospital is a modern acute care hospital (120 beds) with the departments of internal medicine, palliative medicine, surgery, urology and anesthesia/intensive care. The hospital has been completely renovated and newly built with excellent medical and equipment facilities. Thanks to good networking with outpatient and inpatient cooperation partners, we can offer a wide range of specialist services. Our 250 employees particularly appreciate the familiar and friendly atmosphere in a rather small hospital. New employees benefit from a targeted and structured induction and regular opportunities for further training and education.

We are an international employer. About a quarter of our employees come from other countries, the majority from Poland. Due to the high importance of communication with patients and in the work environment, very good German language skills (level B2 and above) are an important prerequisite for working at the hospital.
