Skilled worker exchange at the Old Town Festival

The job fair at the Old Town Festival makes it possible: Visitors to the region, returning residents, and all other guests of the Görlitz Old Town Festival can find out about current job openings at the town hall and exchange ideas with company representatives in a relaxed atmosphere – without the formality of a tie.

Late shift – Open House on November 6, 2026

Pupils, students, job seekers and employees can visit companies during the late shift as part of guided tours and demonstrations.

Companies in Görlitz and the surrounding area are opening their doors to present their industry to a wider public and to showcase training and job opportunities. The event, jointly organized by the economic development agencies of the participating cities, is taking place simultaneously in all participating cities.
